WebDownscaled images are blurry. This has been a thing since before Chrome updated itself to Version 92.0.4515.131. Edge has the exact same issue because Chromium I guess. I even confirmed the exact same level of blurriness by taking a screenshot on a friend's pc running an amd gpu and overlaying it with my screenshot.
